Ingredients
For broth
- Beef Meat 600 grams
- Carrot 1 piece
- Parsley (root) 1 piece
- Celery (root) 1/4 pieces
- Leek 1/3 pieces
- Seasoning universal to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cabbage leaves to taste
For soup
- Onions 3-4 pieces
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Peppers mix to taste
- Main Ingredients: Beef, Onion, Carrot
- Serving 5 servings

Casserole, frying pan, blender, kitchen knife.
Cooking:
Step 1: Cook the broth.

Pour water into a large pot, dip the meat and all the vegetables necessary for cooking the broth. Pepper and add seasoning. If there is no salt in your seasoning, salt.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer over medium to medium simmer until cooked.
Step 2: fry the onions.

Melt the butter in a pan and heat it. Sauté the onion sliced in rings in oil until golden and soft.
