8. Alternately add one tablespoon of each dough in the middle of the prepared tray. During this process it is important to touch the bottom of the tray with the spoon each time: this way the marbled pattern will be more obvious.

9. At the end you can turn the tray a few times clockwise, so that the dough in it spreads more evenly.

10. You can leave the cake as it is or give it the appearance of a flower, drawing rays through it with a wooden skewer: first from the periphery to the center, and then from the center to the periphery.

11. Bake the cake for 65 minutes in the preheated oven to 180 ° C. Check that it is ready by the toothpick test. Baking temperature and time may depend on the characteristics of your oven.

We used a tray with a diameter of 22 cm. If you use a larger one, the cake will be shorter and will bake faster.
