Persimmon & Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients for Making Persimmon and Kiwi Smoothies

Bottom layer

  1. Persimmon ripe 1 piece
  2. Raisins 1 tablespoon
  3. Banana 1 piece
  4. Water 150 milliliters

Upper layer

  1. Kiwi 2 pieces
  2. Walnuts 1 tablespoon
  3. Honey 1 tablespoon
  4. 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  5. Water 70 milliliters
  • Main Ingredients: Banana, Kiwi, Persimmon, Nuts

Inventory:

Blender, cutting board, kitchen knife, glass, straw.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Rinse properly with hot water, peel the banana and kiwi, rinse the persimmons.

Step 2: mix the first layer.


Fold a banana coarsely chopped or even simply broken into pieces into a blender, add chopped persimmons, raisins and pour water.

Beat everything until smooth.

Pour the resulting cocktail into a glass.

Step 3: Blend the second layer.


Make a cocktail of kiwi, chia seeds, walnuts and honey. Dilute it all with water and whisk in the same way.

You, again, should have a homogeneous mass.

Step 4: Serve the persimmon smoothie and kiwi.


Using a tablespoon, carefully pour the second layer into the smoothie glass so that it does not mix with the previous one. Stick a straw and enjoy a healthy and tasty cocktail.
