Green Peas Omelet

Ingredients for Making Green Pea Omelet

  1. Canned green peas 1 can (212 ml)
  2. Eggs 2 pieces
  3. Milk 2 tablespoons
  4. Butter 1 tablespoon
  5. Kale cabbage 1 handful
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste

Frying pan, whisk, plate, spatula.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Drain the water from the peas, rinse the cabbage, dry and cut into small pieces. Warm milk and butter to room temperature (just remove them from the refrigerator in advance).

Step 2: fry the cabbage.


Heat a little butter in a pan, toss the chopped kale, and simmer over medium heat for 2 minutesstirring.

Step 3: add the eggs.


Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper to taste and add green peas to this mass. Mix everything together well.
Pour the resulting mixture into a pan for cabbage, continuing to cook over medium heat. Fry for a few minutes until the omelet is seized, then pry it, put it on a plate and return to the pan with the side fried up. Continue frying the omelet until cooked.

Step 4: Serve the omelet with green peas.


Divide the finished omelet into two parts and arrange it in portions. Serve hot. You can add ketchup to your taste and desire.
