Step by step recipe for making salad "Emerald": We prepare the necessary products with spices for the preparation of a delicious holiday salad. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer the resulting sauce into a pastry bag. Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil and place it on a suitable plate. First, put the diced beef into the mold, distribute it evenly and apply a mesh of cooked sauce on top. We spread it in the next layer and level the diced kiwi fruits and make a grid of sauce on top. We spread the egg whites with the next layer and make a net from the sauce on top. Take 150 gr. Korean carrots, squeeze out the extra juice and chop it with a knife, spread it out with the next layer into a mold, then season with a net of sauce. Make the next layer of apples cut into a small cube and make another grid of sauce on top. Next, lay the egg yolks grated on a fine grater and level. For the final layer of lettuce, cut into a cube 2 pcs. Kiwi and evenly spread on top. We clean and grind 70 gr. pistachios, with which we sprinkle the cooked salad on top and remove the form.
