Step 1 - Prepare the ingredients.We cut each tomato in half and carefully take out the middle with a spoon. We chop the parsley very finely and send it to the tuna plate, add the garlic, passed through the garlic press, three tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix, turning into a homogeneous mass.
