  2. Egg 1 pc.
  3. Quinoa flour 4 tbsp
  4. Dill to taste
  5. Parsley to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: mix the ingredients.


Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, salt, add quinoa flour, egg and finely chopped greens. Mix well to make the curd mass homogeneous.
