  1. Chicken fillet 500 g
  2. Egg 1 pc.
  3. Milk 150 g
  4. Dried loaf 100 g
  5. Onion 1 pc.
  6. Garlic 2-3 tooth.
  7. Butter 40 g
  8. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
  9. Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking process:

1. Fill the loaf with milk and let it soak for 15 minutes.

2. Cooking the minced meat: we pass through the meat grinder chicken fillet, onion, a loaf squeezed from milk.

3. Add the egg to the minced meat, salt, pepper and knead.

4. Wet round cakes with wet hands and put them into a baking dish, previously greased with vegetable oil.

5. Prepare the glaze: mix the melted butter with the garlic passed through the press.

6. Place the form in a preheated oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 25 minutes. After the specified time, remove the form from the oven and generously grease the meatballs with garlic glaze and send it to the oven for another 15 minutes.
