Ingredients

  15. Salt to taste

Step 1 - Filling.


Chop the young cabbage and fry together with onions and carrots in a minimum amount of oil. Add boiled chicken, sliced, and boiled eggs, also chopped, to the cabbage. Salt, add seasonings and mix well.

Step 2 - Impregnation.


Combine eggs, sour cream, tomato paste, seasonings and 100 g of water, mix well.

Step 3 - Assembling the cake.


Line two sheets of pita bread in a criss-cross shape, lay out half a portion of cabbage and lay the top pita bread on it. Pour half of the egg mixture and lay out the remaining cabbage. Cover with bottom pita bread and pour over the rest of the egg mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 4 - Baking.


Send the resulting pie into the preheated oven for 30 minutes. You need to cook it over medium heat. If the top of the pie is browned too quickly, you can cover it with foil. Enjoy your meal!
