  1. young beets with tops 1 kg
  2. 6 cup chicken stock
  3. green onion 1 bunch
  4. parsley 2 roots
  5. 2 medium carrots
  6. 6 small potatoes
  7. sugar 3 tsp
  8. apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp
  9. salt to taste
  10. sour cream 1/2 cup
  11. flour 1 tbsp
  12. fresh dill to taste
  13. eggs 6 pcs.
  14. radish to taste
  • Main ingredients: Potato, Onion, Carrot, Radish, Beetroot, Eggs, Sour Cream, Flour


Chop the beets, parsley root, carrots, white onion. Fold in a pan, pour chicken stock and cook for 10 minutes.
Chop the potatoes, add to the pan and cook for another 15 minutes.
Mix flour with sour cream and add a little liquid from the soup. Pour into the soup, mix. Add sugar, salt, vinegar. Cook for 3 minutes.
When serving, add chopped radish, dill and boiled eggs to the plate.
