  • Main ingredients
  • Serving 3 servings

First, cut one onion into cubes and lightly fry in vegetable oil.

Mushrooms, I have frozen, send to the pan and fry until cooked.

We rub the cheese on a medium grater, so it will melt faster.

I also rub the potatoes on a medium grater, you can take a large one (as you like), be sure to squeeze the potatoes from the juice. To the grated potatoes we add eggs, salt and pepper to taste and some greens, I have dried green onions, you can take dill, it will be very aromatic. Add flour and mix well.

Heat a little oil in a pan, I divide the mass into three parts, put one part into the pan and evenly distribute it into a thin pancake. Fry on both sides.

On one half, lay out the third part of the filling (fried onions, mushrooms and sprinkle with grated cheese), cover with the second part of the potato pancake. Fry for a few seconds on both sides so that the cheese melts a little.

We put it on a plate and serve it to the table! It is possible with vegetables and salad.)
