Ingredients

We spread the minced meat on one side of the tortilla, moisten the edges with water and glue the cheburek. We heat a frying pan with a large amount of vegetable oil on the stove, depending on the number of pasties, then put two pasties in boiling oil. Fry the pasties on both sides until golden, for about 2-3 minutes and put on a plate covered with a napkin so that they absorb excess oil. Put the prepared pasties on a dish and serve.
