2 shallow plates, 1 deep plate, frying pan, stove, paper towels, dish

Cheese cut into long cubes. Prepare a batter, for this 2 eggs, a pinch of salt and milk, beat with a fork. Add flour to the batter in portions (leave 1/4 of the flour). Take a bar of cheese, dip it in the remaining flour, then in batter, then bread well in breadcrumbs. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and dip the sticks in boiling oil, fry for two minutes on both sides, then remove the cheese with a slotted spoon and transfer to a paper towel. After the excess oil is absorbed into the paper, transfer the sticks to the dish and serve hot to the table.

Cheese sticks are ready for beer! Great hot appetizer, which is very quickly prepared and enjoyed by guests. A more detailed cooking process, see the video. Enjoy your meal!
