A step-by-step recipe for preparing a side dish with mushrooms: To prepare a gorgeous side dish, which, first of all, will be noted by lovers of a healthy diet, we need: 200 gr. green beans, a little olive oil, 100 gr. mushrooms (champignons), one sprig of cilantro, 50 gr. hard cheese, 36% - 40% cream - 150 gr., 200 gr. cauliflower, soy sauce to taste, sea salt to taste and hot chili pepper to taste. In order to leave excess water from mushrooms and beans, before you start cooking, you need to lay the products on napkins and get wet, which is very important. Turn on the stove to a large fire and heat the pan, adding olive oil to its taste. We put mushrooms in a heated pan and fry, stirring with a spatula. On a coarse grater we rub hard cheese. Once the mushrooms are fried until golden, which took about 5 minutes, add the green beans to the pan and continue to fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the cauliflower to the pan and continue to fry for about 4 minutes, after which add 3 tablespoons. soy sauce, sea salt and chili pepper to taste.
