  3. Dried cranberries 10 pieces
  4. Pine nuts 2 tablespoons

  6. Butter 2 tablespoons
  7. Dry white wine 100 milliliters
  8. Thyme fresh 2 sprigs
  • Main Ingredients Chicken

Frying pan, oven

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Today we are preparing chicken legs, they need to be cut along the joint, dividing into two parts. Rinse, cut off excess skin and fat.

Step 2: bake guinea fowl with dried fruits.

Put the guinea fowl legs on a baking sheet (here is a pan suitable for use in the oven), sprinkle with salt and pepper, add pine nuts, almond flakes, dried apricots, dried cranberries and thyme sprigs. Spread butter on top and pour the wine gently along the edge.
Put the guinea fowl in preheated 180 degrees oven on 30 minutes. Water the bird pieces from time to time with the resulting sauce.

After half an hour of baking, increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake more 10 minutes, until the skin is covered with a golden brown.

Step 3: serve guinea fowl with dried fruits.

Serve guinea fowl hot, cooked according to this recipe; it turns out to be aromatic, tasty and very festive.
Enjoy your meal!
