Carrot and apple salad

Ingredients for Carrot and Apple Salad

  1. Carrots 3 pieces (medium size)
  2. Apples 2-3 pieces
  3. Arugula 1 handful
  4. Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons
  5. Yogurt (natural) 3 tablespoons
  6. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  7. Ground colored pepper to taste
  8. Lemon juice with half a lemon
  9. Pomegranate kernels with 1/4 pomegranate

Cooking:

Step 1: peel apples and carrots.


Peel and rinse the apples and carrots. Just peel the carrots and peel the apples in addition.
