  1. Cottage cheese 300 gr.
  2. Cheese 150 gr.
  3. Garlic 2 tooth.
  4. Greens 1 bunch.

  1. Mashed potatoes 400 gr.
  2. Onion 1 pc.
  3. Cheese 200 gr.
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste

Step 2: Prepare the filling number 1.

Cut the greens and add to the curd. Add garlic and grated cheese there. Salt, pepper. Mix. Stuffing number 1 is ready.


Step 3: Prepare the filling number 2.

Finely chop the onion and fry in a small amount of oil.

In mashed potatoes, grate cheese, mix. Add fried onions, salt, pepper. Shuffle.


Step 4: Turn the rolls.

Put the fillings on the pita bread and evenly distribute. Wrap in a roll. Cut the roll across into portions 2-4 cm wide.

Shake the eggs. Each roll is carefully dipped in an egg from two sides. I baked a part in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. And part of it was fried in a pan from two sides.
