Crush boiled potatoes in mashed potatoes, add cottage cheese, eggs, salt, herbs, mix well. We make 13 balls. Leave in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Sift flour, add kefir, egg, salt, baking powder. Knead the dough. Leave for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 13 parts. Roll out the cake. In the center we lay the ball from the filling. We fasten the edges as in the video. Roll the ball into a cake.

Fry from 2 sides until golden brown. We grease the finished cakes with hot butter.
