Ingredients

1. Lightly salted salmon 100 gr.
2. Curd cheese 150g.
3. Cucumber 1pc.
4. Cucumber 1pc.
5. Salt to taste
6. Dill to taste

Cooking:

Cut the salmon into small cubes. Mix the cottage cheese with dill and salt. Cut the cucumber with a vegetable peeler into thin strips. Take a strip of cucumber, spread a spoonful of cheese, fish on top and wrap it in a roll.
