Pork "Accordion"

Wash the meat and cut into pieces 1 cm, without cutting the piece to the end. For marinade, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic, mix everything well and carefully coat the whole piece of pork. Put the pork marinated in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours (you can overnight).

Cut the tomato into thin rings, also cut the cheese. Between the pieces of pork, place a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese, you get a whole stuffed piece in the form of an accordion. Wind everything in foil, place in a baking dish and send to a preheated oven for 1 hour.

Boil potatoes until half cooked. After an hour, remove the meat from the oven, uncover the foil, put half-finished potatoes and chopped raw mushrooms and send to the oven for another 15 minutes. Put the prepared pork on a dish, lay the potatoes with mushrooms around the edges and decorate with fresh herbs.
