Step 1: fry the pork.
Dry thin slices of meat with a paper towel, and then sprinkle sugar on all sides.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, send the meat into it and fry for 4 minutes on each side. Turn over only once, so that the pieces turn out beautiful and with a crisp.
After put the pork in a plate, sprinkle with pepper and cover with a lid or foil to get the meat. Leave on 5-7 minutes.
Step 2: prepare chimichurri sauce.
Everything is simple with the sauce. Prepare all the ingredients necessary for its preparation, pour into a blender bowl and beat.
Mix and whisk until a uniform sauce is obtained.
Step 3: cook the tomatoes.
Rinse the tomatoes, dry them with napkins.
Combine crushed garlic with honey, oil, and salt. Brush the tomatoes with the resulting marinade (or mix gently with it).
Transfer tomatoes with marinade into a baking dish and cook in preheated until 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4: serve pork with chimichurri sauce and tomatoes.
Before serving, cut a slice of pork in strips, pour sauce on top of it and put tomatoes next to it. Everything is ready, time to try and enjoy the taste!
