- Quinoa 120 g
- water 300 ml
- dried cranberries 60 g
- zest and juice of half an orange to taste
- feta 100 g
- celery 2 stalks
- basil to taste

Peeler cut the zest with half an orange. Squeeze the juice from half an orange. Cut dried cranberries (optional) and soak in orange juice for 20 minutes (while preparing quinoa).
Rinse the quinoa cereal, add water, add the zest of orange and cook until tender. Remove the zest. In hot quinoa add cranberries soaked in orange juice, mix, cool.
Cut celery stalks, feta, basil. Mix with quinoa. Season with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
