- Wheat rye bread 4 slices
- Turkey fillet 200 gr
- Brie cheese 100 gr
- Apple 1 pc medium
- Apple jam 2 tbsp.
- Arugula to taste
- Butter to taste
- Ground cinnamon 1 pinch

Boil turkey fillet in salted water until tender.
Mix apple jam with a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon. Add lemon juice.
Lubricate all pieces of bread on one side with butter and apple jam on the other. Put thinly sliced turkey on half the pieces of bread on the side with jam. Sprinkle with pepper. Thinly chopped cheese on top of turkey. Tear arugula with your hands and scatter on top of cheese. Pour a second piece of bread, with the side. greased with jam, goes to arugula.
Bake in a pan under the lid until a golden crust appears on one side. Then turn over and bake until a golden crust appears on the other side.
