  1. Bulgarian pepper 2.5 kg

Wash the pepper well, dry it, bake in the oven at 200 degrees until cooked. Cover hot pepper with foil or foil so that it is steamed well. Peel and seed, drain the juice in a separate bowl.

Cut into thin strips.

Grind garlic and parsley.

Combine all ingredients, add vinegar, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, mix.
You can serve to the table, or you can make a blank for the winter. Arrange in sterilized jars, put in a pan with cold water, boil for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling water, tighten with sterilized lids. Turn upside down and cover with a blanket until it cools. Store in a cool place.
