I used Parma ham, as it fits perfectly with such bagels. But you can use any other.
Ham and cheese should be cut into squares slightly less than the squares of the dough.
Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick. I bought ready-made squares. They are a little thicker, so I rolled them.
Sprinkle the finished dough pieces with dry dill.
Put ham on top of the dough and roll the bagel from corner to corner of the dough.
In the same way we cook bagels with cheese.
Fold bagels on a baking sheet, grease with vegetable oil. and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
