Ingredients

  1. Pumpkin 400 grams (peeled)
  2. Flour 150 grams
  3. Dough baking powder 1 sachet
  4. Egg 1 piece
  5. Raisins 1 handful
  6. Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Sugar 50 grams
  8. Pinch of salt
  9. Cooking Oil

Cooking:

Step 1: Cook the Pumpkin


Cut the flesh of the pumpkin into small pieces and boil in water until soft. Drain the water, and turn the pumpkin into mashed potatoes with a pusher or a blender.

Preheat a frying pan with a little oil and spoon the dough in portions, forming round pancakes. Fry for several minutes, achieving a golden brown on both sides.

Serve sweet pumpkin pancakes with sour cream, with jam or just garnishing with icing sugar. Very tasty!
