Ingredients

  1. Cabbage 150 g
  2. Carrot (raw) 1 pc.
  3. Beetroot (raw) 1 pc.
  4. Chicken fillet (boiled) 100 g
  5. Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l
  6. Ketchup 1 tbsp. l
  • Main Ingredients: Cabbage, Carrot, Beetroot, Chicken

Cooking:

We rub raw carrots and beets on a coarse grater. We put the slides in a plate. We cut the cabbage into thin strips. We put it together with beets and carrots. We disassemble the meat into fibers (can be cut into cubes). Put the meat in the middle of the plate, between the vegetables. Mix the ketchup with mayonnaise and pour the salad on top. Serve without stirring. Each in his plate mixes immediately before eating.
