- Carrot 1 kg
- Garlic 4 cloves (large)
- Ground coriander 1 tsp
- Sweet paprika 1 tsp
- Red chilli 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ground curry 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 100 ml.
- Vinegar 70% 1 tsp
- Ground nutmeg -1/2 tsp taste

Step 1.Grate carrots for Korean carrots.
Step 2Add 1.5 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp salt, mix gently for 1-2 minutes by hand, taking care not to mash the carrots.
Step 3Add paprika, coriander, red chilli to the carrots and mix gently, taking care not to mash the carrots.
Step 4Add the grated garlic and mix gently.
Step 5Pour vegetable oil into a tablespoon and 1 tsp. vinegar, pour the carrots and mix gently.
Step 6Add remaining oil and mix gently. Put the carrots in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Korean carrot is ready.
