  1. Carrot 1 kg
  2. Garlic 4 cloves (large)
  3. Ground coriander 1 tsp
  4. Sweet paprika 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli 1/2 tsp
  6. Sugar 2 tbsp
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Ground curry 1 tsp
  9. Vegetable oil 100 ml.
  10. Vinegar 70% 1 tsp
  11. Ground nutmeg -1/2 tsp taste

Step 1.

Grate carrots for Korean carrots.

Step 2

Add 1.5 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp salt, mix gently for 1-2 minutes by hand, taking care not to mash the carrots.

Step 3

Add paprika, coriander, red chilli to the carrots and mix gently, taking care not to mash the carrots.

Step 4

Add the grated garlic and mix gently.

Step 5

Pour vegetable oil into a tablespoon and 1 tsp. vinegar, pour the carrots and mix gently.

Step 6

Add remaining oil and mix gently. Put the carrots in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Korean carrot is ready.
