Ingredients

  1. Grapefruit juice from 1 grapefruit
  2. Watermelon juice with pulp 1 cup
  3. Sugar 2 tablespoons

Saucepan, juicer, freezer

Cooking:

Step 1: mix the juice.


Squeeze grapefruit juice in a saucepan, add sugar and mix. Put on a fire, do not bring to a boil, but just heat it so that the sugar dissolves better.
Cool.

Step 2: cool the juice.


To make watermelon juice, just chop the flesh of the watermelon with a blender or through a sieve (just be sure to remove all the bones). Mix it with grapefruit juice and pour into a container for freezing.

Freeze for 4 hourstaking out and mixing every hour, so as not to get a monolithic piece of ice.

Step 3: serve the watermelon granite.


Pour watermelon granite into dessert bowls and eat with spoons, or wait until it melts a little and you can drink through a straw.
