A food so tasty, the recipe is from mom and grandma! One of the first ones they taught me to prepare many years ago :)
- 1 kg chicken (almost anything except the breast)
- 1 large white onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 lgt buoy
- peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
- salt
- 2-3 lg oil
- 2-3 lg flour
- 5-6 lg milk
- 4 cloves of garlic

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken ciulama:
Fry the chopped onion in oil, then add the diced peppers and let it soften. Then add the meat, cover with water and put the lid on. Season with salt, pepper and put the bay leaf. Let it simmer until the meat is cooked. Towards the end we put the crushed garlic.
From flour and milk we make a thicker sauce that we add to the pot, stirring constantly. Let it boil for another minute, during which time we always stir until it thickens as much as we want, then turn off the heat.

If we don't make the sauce anymore, we can serve it with macaroni mixed in the sauce. This preparation is no longer called ciulama, but papricas. :)
