Dough: in a bowl beat the egg with the sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon peel, cinnamon and butter, add the flour gradually. Knead a homogeneous dough and wrap in cling film, let it cool for 1 hour.


Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream, condensed milk from which I stopped 2 tablespoons, essence and cottage cheese, mix until smooth.

Spread the dough on the floured table, add to the pan greased with butter and lined with flour.

Prick from place to place with a fork, add the filling and pitted plums on top, add the 2 tablespoons of condensed milk on top.

Put the tray in the preheated oven until the edge is slightly browned.
