Step 1.

Cut mozzarella cheese and tomatoes across the fruit into slices 5-6 mm thick.

Step 2

Lay on a plate alternating a slice of cheese, a slice of tomato, 1-2 leaves of basil, tomato, mozzarella, basil, etc.
