Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Send the paste to boil in boiling salted water, cook as much as indicated on the package, minus 30-40 seconds (this is to keep the pasta slightly undercooked).
Pass the garlic through the press.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Finely chop the greens.
Peas also send boil over 6-8 minutesthen drain the water from it.
Step 2: fry the fish.
Season the fish with salt and pepper, put it in a skillet with oil and sauté over 2-3 minutes from each side.
Transfer the fish from the pan to a plate, let it cool slightly, and then carefully separate the meat from the skin and bones.
Step 3: prepare the sauce.
In the same pan in which you roasted fish, fry the garlic for 20-30 seconds, then add about one full ladle of water in which the peas were boiled, and let it boil a little.
Then add the fish, green peas, sour cream and cook all together, stirring, about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add pasta and juice from half a lemon. Mix well and check for more salt or pepper. Sprinkle with herbs.
Remove the salmon paste from the heat, cover and let stand for 1 minutes.
Step 4: serve the pasta with salmon.
Serve pasta with salmon should be hot, immediately after cooking, otherwise the pasta will become limp. This is a very tasty and rather original dish, which, however, looks great on an everyday table.
Enjoy your meal!
- If you do not like peas, replace it with spinach or mushrooms.
