  1. Pasta 250 gr.
  2. Stew 1 can 325 gr.

Step 1.

Boil the water in a pan, add 1 teaspoon of salt and put the pasta, cook as it is written on the package of pasta.

Preheat the pan, pour 1 tbsp. spoon of oil and add chopped onion. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat.

Add grated carrots to the pan and fry for another 3 minutes over medium heat, then add the stew and fry for another 1 minute.

Step 4

When pasta is ready, 100 ml. pour the water in which the pasta was boiled, pour it into a container, it is useful for further cooking. The rest of the water needs to be drained, add 1 tbsp to the pasta. a spoonful of oil and shake well so that the oil is evenly distributed, then the pasta will not stick to each other.

Step 5

Add the prepared pasta to the pan with onions and carrots, mix, then add 100 ml. the left decoction of pasta, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly.

Step 6

Add fresh herbs, chopped garlic and turn off the heat. Pasta is naval ready. Enjoy your meal!
