Spring Bean Salad

Ingredients

  1. Canned white beans 2 cans
  2. Canned corn 1 can
  3. Cherry Tomatoes 200 grams
  4. Bulgarian red pepper 1 piece
  5. Bulgarian yellow pepper 1 piece
  6. Green onion 4 pieces
  7. Radish 2-3 pieces
  8. Garlic 2-3 cloves
  9. Olive oil 3 tablespoons
  10. Lime 1 piece (juice)
  11. Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon
  12. Salt to taste
  • Main ingredients: Beans, Onions, Peppers, Radishes

Inventory:

Salad bowl, kitchen knife, cutting board, spoon, bowl.

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the vegetables.


Rinse the peppers, peel the seeds out and cut them into thin strips.
Cut the radish into thin slices, the onion into rings and the cherry tomatoes into quarters.

Open the beans and pour the excess water from it, pour into the salad.

Following the beans, add the salad and corn.

Step 2: preparing a gas station.


Pour vegetable oil and a balsamic bite into the bowl. Add salt and lime juice (to squeeze lime, cut it into halves and squeeze each, while piercing the pulp with a knife or fork). Rub the garlic here. Mix everything well.

Step 3: mix the salad with dressing.


Pour the cooked dressing into a plate with vegetables and mix well.

Step 4: serve spring salad with beans.


Serve a spring salad with beans immediately after cooking, there is no need to marinate it, only the tomatoes will flow. Eat it as a snack or as a complement to the side dish. He is also very good for breakfast with omelet.
